5 Tips & Tricks for Blade League – Roblox

Use these tips to become a better player!

Blade Ball League is one of the most confusing and challenging experiences on the Roblox platform. The main reason for this is the unavailability of proper in-depth tutorials inside the game, which only cares about explaining a few essential tips that are not that useful after playing for an hour or two. So, if you want detailed tips and tricks to reach the leaderboards of Blade Ball League, I highly suggest you read the article until the end.

How to get good at Blade League– Tips & Tricks

Below, I have mentioned five tips and tricks to make you a better player in the Blade League. All of these have been carefully written after playing the game for hours each day since its release.

Deflecting the Ball

The most important skill every player must learn in Blade Ball is the ability to deflect the ball in a timely manner. Though you only need a single button for deflection, it will take time to master this skill as you have to be precise with the distance of the ball and the timing to press the button. If you ask me, the best time to hit the button is when the ball is two to three arm's length from your character model. So, press the button at such distances to correctly deflect the ball in a timely manner.

Repositioning

Unlike Blade Ball, repositioning a lot in Blade League does not provide a lot of value to a player in 1v1 modes. The main reason for this is the small size of the maps. As a result, it becomes mandatory to safeguard your post by standing right in front of your goalpost. But, if you are playing the 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 game mode, then it is highly recommended to move and reposition a lot to make a play. Without moving and positioning, you cannot go through the tight space and score goals. So, how do you position yourself? Well, simply track the movement of the ball! Yes, there is nothing more than it. Position yourself at a weird angle and defeat the ball to score regularly.

Understanding the Abilities

There are dozens of abilities in the game, and you must study each one of them to become a better player. The best way to do this is to click on the abilities section in the inventory menu and study each of the skills with the available description. Doing this allows you to counter the ability in a much better way and use that ability to its maximum potential. For example, if you don't study the Wall ability or use it inside the game, you will never be able to understand how it works or counter it inside the game. Along with learning the abilities, try to use those abilities with your teammates to make effective combos. For instance, the Invisibility and Wall can be excellent combos as one of your friends can stand back and great walls. At the same time, you use your invisibility ability to pop up suddenly and surprise your enemies.

Airborne Attacks & Dashes

The most common mistake made by most beginner-level players is the under usage of the Airborne Attacks/deflections. Please try to include both the Air type deflections and the usage of the dash as much as possible to confuse your enemies, as many of them will not be familiar/comfortable with airborne balls due to the angle. Along with that, try to use the dash button to make your movement unpredictable for the enemies.

Ball Cam

The final tip that I want to share with you is to turn off your Ball Cam. Yes, there is no use in leaving the Ball Cam as it simply hurts your visibility to view other parts of the map and will lock your camera view only to the ball. So, toggle it off during your match for a much better experience and save yourself from snapping to the ball view when you want to create off-angles while attacking.
