Both Alan Wake 2, Quantum Break, Alan Wake 1, and Control all take place in the same universe. There are plenty of Alan Wake references in Control, and Alan Wake 2 has returned the favor; here are all the Control references I've found so far.
The Federal Bureau of Control is all over Alan Wake 2
Starting in the very first Saga chapter of Alan Wake 2, there is an NPC named Steven that is from the FBC, the main Bureau in the game Control. There are several other locations where this top secret group's name shows up, including in the Cult's headquarters. In Control, the FBC is part of the main plot; it is the organization in charge of keeping this universe's SPCs in line.

The OOP is here, and it's only for rituals
There is an Object of Power in Watery, and the emails in the Cult's headquarters say that it's "only for rituals" and it has to stay in the "assembly hall." In Control, OOPs are objects that are Altered, connected to the Astral Plane, and they all have some spooky supernatural powers.
The Janitor is back
Ahti the Janitor, also known as Entity A-001, is back in Alan Wake 2; he appears in Alan's first chapter and then shows up in town later on as well. He shows up in Control as well, stating that he is the Janitor of the Oldesthouse.
There are AWEs here
AWE was in Quantum Break as a reference to Alan Wake; it's an acronym that stands for the Alan Wake Experience or the Alan Wake Expansion. It also stands for Altered World Event in Control. There was a ton of graffiti in Quantum Break, and this Alan Wake 2 graffiti harkens back to it.
Dr. Casper Darling's book
Dr. Casper Darling shows up as a book in the Alan Wake's dressing room in his first chapter. This man was the Head of Research at the Federal Bureau of Control from the 1990s to 2019.
