Alan Wake 2 is one of the most anticipated games of the year, and we got one last glimpse at it before its October 27 release. A new gameplay trailer takes us into a haunted house to see some of the creepy enemies that await us.
Alan Wake 2 gameplay trailer gives us thrills and chills
While Alan Wake might be the titular main character, we'll be stepping into the shoes of Saga Anderson in this trailer. In doing so, we get to see a glimpse of what the FBI is investigating, and some of the wild shifts in perspective we'll be experiencing throughout the game.
If the gameplay trailer is anything to go by, we'll have all sorts of scary foes coming at us, and we'll almost certainly be getting a jump scare or two over the course of Alan Wake 2. The game launches October 27, so the wait is almost over.
Can I run Alan Wake 2?
If you're playing on console, you're going to be able to get the game installed and start playing without issue. However, PC players will have to tackle high requirements in order to play. Of course, you'll be able to drop down a bunch of settings and fine-tune the experience, but you'll be missing out on a lot of the bells and whistles Alan Wake 2 has to offer that way.
Whatever platform you're on, you're certainly in for a treat. With Dead Space Remake, Resident Evil 4 Remake, and now Alan Wake 2, it's been a good year for survival horror fans.
