How to catch a Tiger Beetle in Animal Crossing (ACNH)

Where are the Tiger Beetles?!

Tiger Beetles are a common insect in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. They will spawn on the ground and can be caught by sneaking up on them and using a bug net. Players shouldn't have much trouble spotting the bug. Tiger Beetles are small insects with green heads and a patterned orange and black back. They have six legs and two long antennae on their heads.

Tiger Beetles are not among the rarest insects in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Their sell price is 1,500 Bells, which is much higher than some of the other common species of bug found on the island, and every Bell counts.
