Apex Legends Fight or Fright event – Cosmetics, LTMs, and more

Halloween time!

The annual Apex Legends Fight or Fright event returns in October featuring new cosmetics, a rotation of limited-time modes, and a shop rotation throughout the month. Players will be able to jump into a new LTM every week of the event and can purchase exclusive cosmetics including bundles and returning skins.

Apex Legends Fight or Fright Schedule and Start Date

The Fight or Fright event kicks off on October 4, 2022, and will run through November 1, 2022. Every week the LTM and shop rotation will change, giving players a short window to get any cosmetics and play the LTM they like.

Unfortunately, there do not seem that challenges are ways to earn cosmetics during this event. However, event skins move to the Legends skin tab where some will be available to purchase so the 2022 Fight or Fright skins may return in the future.

Apex Legends Fight or Fright LTMs

Each week, a new LTM will be available to play. The LTMs include the classic Halloween mode Shadow Royale, the newly introduced Gun Run, and a revamped Control mode. Here is the schedule for the LTMs:

  • October 4 - October 11: Shadow Royale on Olympus After Dark
  • October 11 - October 18: Gun Run on Estates After Dark, Skulltown, and Fragment East
  • October 18 - October 25: Control on Lava Siphon, Barometer, and Labs After Dark
  • October 25 - November 1: Shadow Royale on Olympus After Dark

The Shop Rotation is the same as the LTM schedule, so check back to see what cosmetics release each week during the Fight or Fright event.
