How to fix Apex Legends Prime Gaming loot?

Players not finding the claimed Prime Gaming loot in Apex Legends need to ensure that they have EA and Twitch accounts linked. If you have claimed the loot from a different Twitch profile, then link it to your EA account. Follow the process listed below if your Apex Legends Prime Gaming loot isn't working, start by disconnecting and reconnecting all the links:

  1. Visit the Connection tab in Twitch's Settings
  2. Click on Disconnect on the Electronic Arts listed under Other Connections
  3. Go to your EA Account, and remove any connection with Twitch or Prime Gaming
  4. Once you unlink these two, head to the Apex Legends Prime Gaming loot page
  5. Click Claim Now, and you will be redirected to link your EA and Amazon account
  6. Visit your EA account and check the Twitch linking setup, and complete the signup process
  7. For those who have Login verification turned on, verify yourself to complete the linking process
  8. Reconnect the accounts once again, and it should allow you to claim and see the cosmetics in-game

If you have claimed the loot from the Prime Gaming page, but the cosmetics don't show up in Apex Legends, recheck that the Twitch account used to claim the loot is the one linked to the Electronic Arts account. Although this process solved the problem for us, it might not work for others. For additional support with this issue, we recommend contacting the EA Help page detailing the problems you are facing.
