Quality 

  • Effect: Gain up to 15 percent additional quality when applied to items. This effect also increases as you level the trait up to a max of 15.

  • Effect: Earn Up to 30% when selling items at a store; you will also get an extra five cole every time you sell items, when this trait is applied to an item. This effect also increases as you level the trait up to a max of 15.

Rather Devastating 

  • Effect: When applied to an item, it increases the item's effects by 10 percent.

  • Effect:  Increases damage dealt to stunned targets by a max of 20 percent. The effect will also increase when its trait level increases up to a max level of ten.

  • Effect:  Increases item critical rate by up to 30 percent. The effect will also increase when its trait level increases up to a max level of 30.

Ample Healing

  • Effect: When applied, it increases the item heal amount by ten percent.

  • Effect: When this trait is applied during Synthesis, it will temporarily increase DEF slightly.

  • Effect: When this trait is applied during Synthesis, it will add poison and venom recovery to an item.

HP Charge

  • Effect: When applied to armor during Synthesis, it will slightly increase your maximum HP. This effect also increases as you level the trait up to a max of 30.

  • Effect: Slightly increases your SPD when applied to an accessory. This effect also increases as you level the trait up to a max of 15.

Skill Charge

  • Effect: When applied, it will increase your skill power by up to 15 percent. Along with this, the effect also scales as you level it up to a max trait level of 15.

  • Effect: When applied to a weapon, it will make it always deal critical damage to weasel enemies.

Attack Charge

  • Effect: When applied to a weapon, it will slightly increase its total attack level. This trait also levels up with how much you level it up to a max of 15.

  • Effect: When applied to a weapon, it will make it always deal critical damage to roadrunner enemies.

  • Effect: When applied to a weapon, it will make it always deal critical damage to knight enemies.

  • Effect: When applied to a weapon, it will make it always deal critical damage to Phantom enemies.

All effects in Atelier Ryza 2

Every ingredient in the game has an effect; you will also need to gather ingredients with specific elements to unlock some effects. That said, our list below contains all of the effects we encountered so far in the game and what they do. 

Physical Effects

  • Bursting Uni: Deals slight non-elmental damage when applied to an item. 
  • Exploding Uni: Deals moderate non-elemental damage when applied to an item. 
  • Scattering Uni: Deals decent non-elemental damage when applied to an item.
  • Erupting Uni: Deals Major non-elemental damage when applied to an item.

Magic Effects

  • Fire Damage XS: This Will make your item deal slight fire damage.
  • Fire Damage S: This Will make your item deal decent fire damage.
  • Fire Damage M: When applied, it will make your item deal moderate Fire Damage.
  • Fire Damage L: This Will make your item deal significant fire damage.
  • Crimson Fire: Your item will deal moderate fire damage and highly increased damage with a higher tactics level. 
  • Exhaustion Explosion: Your item will deal slight non-elemental damage and decrease physical resistance.

Attack/ Debuff Effects

  • Uni Spike S: When this is active, it will cause targets to become lightly stunned, with small uni spikes.
  • Uni Spike M: When this is active, it will cause targets to become moderate stunned, with uni spikes.
  • Uni Spike L: Will stun targets heavily when active with large uni spikes.
  • Uni Spike XL:  Will stun targets greatly when active with huge uni spikes.
  • Surprise! S: A explosion will delay the target's turn
  • Surprise! M: A explosion will delay the target's turn for a moderate amount of time.
  • Surprise! L: A explosion will delay the target's turn for a large amount of time.
  • Surprise! Xl: A explosion will delay the target's turn for a tremendous amount of time.
  • Inflict Burns S: Grants a small chance to inflict burns. 
  • Inflict Burns M: Grants a moderate chance to inflict burns. 
  • Inflict Burns L: Grants a large chance to inflict burns
  • Lowered Guard S: A small explosion will slightly decrease a targets total defense. 
  • Lowered Guard M: A moderate explosion will slightly decrease a target's total defense. 
  • Lowered Guard L A large explosion will slightly decrease a target's total defense. 
  • Rock Destruction: This allows the player to destroy rocks blocking their path.

Buff Effects:

  • Synth Quality +7: Increases the total quality of synthesized items by seven. 
  • Synth Quality +10: Increases the total quality of synthesized items by ten. 
  •  Synth Quality +12: Increases the total quality of synthesized items by seven. 
  • Synth Quality +15: Increases the total quality of synthesized items by seven. 
  • Add Ice: This effect applies ice to an item.
  • Add Lighting:  This effect applies lighting to an item.
  • Add Fire: This effect applies fire to an item.
  • Add Wind: This effect applies wind to an item.
  • Element Value +1: Increases total element value by one.
  • Element Value +2: Increases total element value by two.
