Battlefield 2042 has numerous vehicles that players can use and call in during extreme situations. The new Call-In feature has attracted the community as players can effectively push the map with the new vehicular system. Crossing sectors has never been easier, and this feature is relatively easy to learn in-game.
There is a limit to the number of vehicles any team can call in, which is why it's best to keep an eye on the minimap. Ideally, you need to be in a sector that belongs to your team before bringing in the wheels! Here's how you can call in vehicles in Battlefield 2042:
PC Call-In Keybind
- For PC players, press and hold Q on your keyboard to access the menu
- Select Call-In (if unavailable, the option would be grayed out)
- Select the vehicle of choice
PlayStation
- For PlayStation, press and hold the “R1” button
- Select the preferred vehicle
Xbox
- For Xbox press and hold the “RB” button
- Select the prefered vehicle
Vehicles
Here is the list of vehicles you can select from the Call-In menu:
- LATV4 Recon
- M5C Bolte
- LCAA Hovercraft
- EBAA Wildcat
- T28
- MAV
There are two major steps that players have to follow in the Call-In menu. Selecting a Vehicle or Ranger will depend on the situation. Once that is done, find a good place for the vehicle to land. Players can call in a Ranger Dog to support the team in the thick of battle. Alternatively, you can also call in any available vehicles to quickly rotate from one sector to another.
