You can get a haunted house by visiting the realtor tab in the game. You can find the realtor by clicking the asset tab and then go shopping.

There will be two options under the go shopping tab to buy houses, choose either relator and look for a home with haunted in the name. Any house with "haunted" in the name will work as they usually already have ghosts residing in them.

There's also a way to make existing homes by having a castle or being a royal family member, but it's time-consuming, so just stick to purchasing an already haunted house for now.

Speaking of which, you are going to need money to purchase a haunted house, so if you are not an exorcist yet, get a decent job and make a ton of money beforehand.

Once you have loads of money, buy whatever haunted house you can find in either realtor tab. However, you may need to refresh or age up to get one to show up as they can be quite rare sometimes.

Nonetheless, when you finally get your spooky house, you will be able to perform an exorcism by visiting it under the asset tab and then clicking its asset profile.

Under its profile, there will be an option called spirits. Click it and then find the ghost that's haunting your home and press it to open a pop-up menu. In this pop-up menu, you have two options, hire an exorcist or exorcise it.

Choose hire an exorcist if you are not one and choose the other if you are one. Either one will attempt to remove the ghost, and there will be a random chance of failing or succeeding.
