How to become an Actor & Movie Star in BitLife

Become a star!

If you want to become a Movie Star or Actor in BitLife, you must have a high looks stat and start taking acting lessons from the age of eight. While these are preliminary steps, there is much more to the process, which is explained below in detail.

Step by Step procedure to become an Actor in BitLife

As mentioned above, becoming an actor is a complex process that involves several steps. You can find all the required processes below in a step-by-step manner.

Purchasing the Special Careers DLC

Before doing anything, you must own the Jobs Pack DLC to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. You can purchase the Actors Pack individually for $3 or the entire pack for $10.

Joining Acting Classes

Firstly, you must have a character with a high look stat, typically above 80. Keep re-rolling until you get such a life, or you can manually customize a character with the prescribed stat if you own the god-mode DLC.

After creating or finding such a character, age until you turn eight. Find the Mind and Body section under the Activities tab. Inside the menu, choose the Acting Lessons option. Since you are eight years old, you must ask your parents to pay for the classes.

Keep in mind that there is a pretty decent chance she will refuse. Should that happen, keep asking after aging up, or restart your character. More often than not, the best option will be to re-create your character to save time.

Raising your Acting skill

Once you start Acting Lessons, continue your playthrough as usual. In short, this means keep practicing and taking Acting Lessons. You can continue to practice by finding the Acting Lessons tab again under Mind and Body.

The goal is to raise your Acting skills to the highest level possible, as your parents will stop paying for lessons after high school. Your skill gain will also slow down, so it's best to try to practice at least four times a year before aging up.

You can also try practicing every year until the skill bar stops increasing. When the skill bar stops moving, age up and try again. Doing so should raise your skill to as close to maximum as possible. Once your skill bar is near 90% or above, you will be ready to start pursuing a career as a Movie Star or Actor.

Maintaining the Look Stat

Acquiring the Look Stat is half the process, as you must also maintain the parameter until death. So, after reaching middle school, go on walks and start eating healthy. By the time you graduate high school, add two more activities to your list in the form of hitting the gym and going to the spa.

Becoming a Movie Star or Actor

However, the process for becoming a Movie Star and Actor in Bitlife has changed. Before, players could apply for a Voiceover Acting job, and that would be it. But this is no longer the case, and the process now involves hiring Talent Agents and applying for auditions.

Start by getting a part-time job to raise enough money to hire a Talent Agent. During my run, I did bookkeeping and worked full-time as a receptionist for the money. Since Hiring a Talent Agent isn't too expensive, working for two to three years is more than enough. Once you have around $20K in your account, hire an Agent and apply to auditions under the Actor tab in Special Careers.

Under the Actor tab, you can apply to both movie and television roles. Since you are a beginner, it's better to apply for auditions to television shows with low popularity. It's much easier to get a chance in a less popular show than a popular one. Also, pick a recurring role rather than a one-time show, as it will help you have a constant flow of money.

Keep applying, and with time, you will get a role in such a television show. Accept it, and you will become an Actor, unlocking the fame parameter.

Improve your skills as an Actor using the Develop Character and Practice option under the Actor's tab regularly. After two to three years, switch to a better role in a famous television serial.

At the same time, try for low-budget movie roles. Since you have experience in television serials, you will be easily selected and become a Movie Star. We also recommend speeding the process up by signing up to Social Media Platforms.
