How to open Warden treasure chests in Blacktail

In Blacktail, players will come across tons of resources and items which they can use to brew new skills in the cauldron. Most valuable loot comes from chests. While most chests simply open on interaction, others require the player to meet certain criteria. Some of these are called Warden chests, found only in certain locations on the map, indicated by a logo of two hands holding a treasure chest. To open them, players must complete a long list of objectives to attain a certain Title. This guide will tell you how you can open Warden chests in Blacktail.

How to open all Warden Chests in Blacktail

As mentioned, players need to attain certain Titles to open Warden chests. The Titles you earn are decided based on your actions in the world, which subsequently affect your Morality. There are three achievable Titles in Blacktail and three corresponding Warden chests for each: Favorite, Queen, and Specialist. The location of these Warden chests can be easily identified on the map by the logo depicting two hands holding a treasure chest. Once you have attained a Title, you can open the corresponding Warden chest for the same.

How to earn Titles to open Warden chests in Blacktail

Titles in Blacktail are earned by completing a list of objectives that are determined by your actions in the world. There are a total of three achievable Titles, and each Title has a good side and an evil side. Once you achieve a given Title for either side, you cannot earn that Title again. The following are all the objectives players need to complete to attain Titles in Blacktail:

• Grand Favorite
  • Help the Grand ones a few times
  • Slay the fierce one
  • Slay the mad one
• Cursed Favorite
  • Help the Cursed ones a few times
  • Slay the righteous one
  • Slay the deceitful one
• Solar Queen
  • Grant a few flowers to the ones in need
  • Assist the busy worker a few times
  • Take back the miser's eyes
  • Make an offering in the name of good a few times
  • Help them reach some apples
• Lunar Queen
  • Betray the bees a few times
  • Turn the little ones into a resource a few times
  • Assist the evil royalty a few times
  • Make an offering in the name of evil a few times
  • Hunt for the red fur a few times
• Beekeeper Specialist
  • Withstand their stings and give them what they want, but remain wicked
• Ornithologist Specialist
  • Slaughter masses of the flying vermin while remaining righteous
  • ...and tear their homes down but stay in the light.
