Airstrike or C4 will do.

The Junkyard mission tasks you to destroy seven vehicles in close succession four times. Once you destroy a vehicle, the junkyard timer starts, and you'll have to destroy six other vehicles within six seconds for the progress to register. The best way to attempt this challenge is by collecting seven vehicles in one spot and then blowing them all up using explosives.

When you spawn into a DMZ match, first open your tac map and analyze which location has a cluster of vehicles. Head over to that region and start bringing all the vehicles to a determined spot with the help of your teammates. This challenge can also be done solo, however, the process will be tedious.

The vehicles you collect can be of any type, be it trucks, cars, ATVs, or helicopters. Once seven vehicles are in place, you can destroy them using explosives such as C4Semtex, or even an RPG. Bullets also work, but you'll need a lot of magazines to destroy seven vehicles. The most effortless way to destroy all the vehicles is by using a Precision Airstrike. This killstreak can be purchased from a Buy Station for $12000. You have to repeat this process three more times to complete the Junkyard DMZ mission.
