It's the biggest year for the Call of Duty franchise as three AAA games for all major gaming platforms are arriving soon. During the Call of Duty Next showcase, the developers of the game mentioned how all these games will share progression despite being completely different. Here's how cross-progression will play out amongst Modern Warfare 2, Warzone 2, and Warzone Mobile.
How will cross-progression work between the various Call of Duty titles?
The cross-progression will work just like it worked with Warzone and the premium Call of Duty games for the last three years. Once you unlock specific weapons and attachments in, let's say Modern Warfare 2, the same items will be unlocked for you in Warzone 2 thanks to the cross-progression system. As for Warzone Mobile, everything that you will unlock in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, will be accessible when the game comes out in 2023.

All three games will be sharing many of the same weapons and operators. Besides weapon, operator, and attachment unlocks, the Battle Pass progression will also be shared across these games. We'll have to wait and see how this will work for Warzone Mobile as the game will be releasing months after Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2.
