If you are wondering how to level up skills in Core Keeper, it is simple. To level up skills, you will need to do whatever the skill is for. For example, if you want to level up Mining, you will need mine ore walls.
The more you use a skill will also increase unique passive bonuses that can boost your ability in the skill. The passive will keep increasing to a max rank of 100, the more you use the skill. Along with getting a higher passive bonus, leveling up your skills will also grant you skill points.
You can then use these skill points in the skill's Talent Tree to unlock skill ranks. That said, there are over nine skills in Core Keeper, and the following is how to level all of them.

| Ranged Combat | To level up Ranged Combat, players will need to use Ranged weapons. The more players use Ranged weapons, they will gain increased Ranged damage from a special passive. |

| Crafting | To level up Crafting, all players need to do is keep crafting items at crafting stations. Eventually, players will gain skill points and increase a passive that increases the physical durability of items. |
| Gardening | To level up Gardening, players will need to farm and harvest plants. The more players harvest plants, they will increase a passive that allows them to gain extra plants when harvesting. |
