How to Emote in Core

Show your moves!

There are two kinds of emotes available to players in Core. There are standard emotes as well as quick emotes. To emote, the player must be on the ground as they cannot emote while flying or mounted.

Standard emotes can be used by pressing in on the scroll. Then the player can scroll down to the emote category. By clicking the emote in the category the player's avatar will then do that emote. Additionally, these emotes can be set to buttons for quick emoting. The player can have up to 12 emotes saved in the emote category. New emotes can be purchased via the shop in Core. These tend to be dances or longer animations.

Players can also do quick emotes. To do so, simply walk up to another player and inspect them. These quick emotes tend to be quick animations that can be used for quick communication. Emoting with either standard emotes or quick emotes will also display a corresponding speech bubble above the player. Emoting allows players to express themselves and interact with other players.
