Screen glitch effect solution - Cyberpunk 2077 2.0
In the story, whenever Relic Malfunction happens, your character V suffers a minor brain seizure. The sound and screen seem distorted for a short while after which the effects disappear. However, players reported that this screen glitch effect stuck with them permanently.
Update: The fix is included in Patch 2.01 and it will be coming very soon.
This happened when someone selected the "Fucked in the head worse than me" dialogue choice while talking to Johnny during the Automatic Love quest. The developers at CD Projekt RED soon acknowledged the problem and told players they were working on a fix, which has now been released.
