Cyberpunk 2077 features multiple endings, depending on your character's backstory and your in-game decisions. I like experimenting with different endings, especially if I need them to unlock all achievements in the game. The Sun achievement gave me some trouble, but it's pretty easy to get it once you know what you need to do. This guide will show you how to get The Sun achievement step by step.
How to unlock The Sun achievement in Cyberpunk 2077
To unlock The Sun achievement in Cyberpunk 2077, you must complete the main story with the Path of Glory ending by following specific key points. Here is a list of prerequisites to keep in mind as you progress in the final mission:
- You must first ensure you have the Bushido and Chill achievement unlocked before reaching a point of no return of the mission Nocturne Op55N1 of the main storyline.
- As you speak to Johnny on the rooftop after conversing with Misty, you must select the following dialogue option: Think you and Rogue should go.
- The next step you should do is to take the pseudoendotrizine pills Misty gives you, which will boost Johnny's activity in your mind, allowing him to possess you.

- After defeating Adam Smasher, you will find yourself in a piece of cyberspace called Mikoshi. After a dialogue in which you partake as Johnny, you must choose the option to go across the Bridge with Alt.
- Your former ego, V, will try to stop you from doing that; ignore him and let Johnny keep his body.
- Complete the Path of Glory mission to complete the main storyline of Cyberpunk 2077.
If you followed all steps correctly, you should have unlocked The Sun achievement by becoming a legend of the Afterlife.
