Scout Rifles have always been in a weird place in Destiny 2. Many players love them and take the high-damage long-range shots over an Auto Rifle or Hand Cannon any day. However, there are also many players who find them underwhelming. The Servant Leader is a weapon that helps to support the Scout Rifle's case. If you can score the right perks, this weapon can become a powerhouse.
The Servant Leader Scout Rifle was introduced with Season of the Lost, and can only be obtained from Gambit. There are two potential ways to get this weapon: completing Gambit matches or earning rank-up packages from The Drifter. Anyone looking to get their hands on this weapon will have to spend some time in the PvEvP mode.

PvE God Roll
PvE tends to be very subjective in terms of playstyle, which makes pinpointing an exact god roll a little more difficult. That being said, the right perks on Servant Leader can become a force to be reckoned with in PvE, especially with Season of the Risen's Artifact Mods.
Perks
- Barrel - Corkscrew Rifling
- Magazine - Tactical Mag
- Trait 1 - Rapid Hit
- Trait 2 - Rampage Frenzy
- Masterwork - Reload Speed
PvP God Roll
Scout Rifles are a little tough to use in PvP, but if you are skilled enough, they can quickly drop your opponents' health by hitting headshots. Servant Leader can become a great PvP option, especially with the right roll.
Perks
- Barrel - Arrowhead Break
- Magazine - Accurized Rounds
- Trait 1 - Rapid Hit
- Trait 2 - Kill Clip
- Masterwork - Range or Reload
The Servant Leader Scout Rifle is a powerful addition to any Guardians Weapon pool and is highly recommended for fans of the weapon type. Lastly, remember that god rolls are often subjective and may not reflect everyone's playstyle. A perfect god roll will fit all of an individual's needs.
