For this specific ingredient, players must defeat enemies with Stasis damage. This can be damage from any source, such as weapons, grenades, melee abilities, or even Stasis supers. This damage can also be against any type of enemy, both in PvE or PvP encounters.

If you don't know how to get it, look in the Oven menu and hover over the ingredient you are after. Just above the description, you will see a requirement for getting the ingredient. It can be anything from damage with a specific weapon type to performing finishers on enemies.

There are also many options in terms of Stasis weapons to complete this requirement. Weapons like the Vulpecula, Cryosthesia 77K, and Ager's Scepter are all great options for getting this ingredient.

It's important to remember that the ingredient won't drop immediately every time you defeat an enemy with Stasis damage. So it will take some time.
