Diablo 3 is one of the most popular roleplaying/hack & slash online multiplayer games. Similar to other games in the multiplayer genre, players often face problems associated with the server, resulting in an error code. One such problem causing a headache among players for a long time is Error 395002. This error usually pops up on the player's screen after they have revived their character. Here's how to fix Diablo 3 Error 395002.

  • Switching Server Regions: The most common fix for the problem is to select a different server before swapping back to your original region. For example, if you are playing on the Brazil server, change to something like EU before clicking on Brazil lastly.
  • Re-signing into the game: According to a Blizzard support post, signing out from your account and resigning will also solve the issue. Remember, do not log in to your profile immediately. Wait for 5 minutes and then log in to your account after signing out.
  • Running Repair Tool: According to the same support post, running the repair tool will also resolve the lingering issue. The utility tool will clear any conflicting or corrupt files during the character revival. You can run the Scan & Repair tool by clicking on the icon of the game and choosing the Options button. 
  • Deleting the Battlenet Folder: The final solution for fixing the error 395002 in Diablo 3 is to delete the Battlenet Tools Folder. Press Windows + R on your system to open the run. Paste the highlighted C:\ProgramData\  file location into it. Delete the Battle.net folder in the new window. Now, re-update the game from the launcher.

The most common fix for avoiding these errors is switching to a different server, re-logging into the game, or deleting the Battle.Net tools folder.
