Disney Dreamlight Valley is meant to be a relaxing game, though you might find it frustrating at times when you can't find the resource that you need. Hardwood is a resource you'll need frequently to complete quests or to craft furniture for your home or village. Unfortunately, it can be tricky to find at times. Here's where you're best off looking.

Where to find Hardwood in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Hardwood can be found scattered around any one of five Biomes: The Forgotten Lands, Frosted Heights, Sunlit Plateau, Glade of Trust, or the Forest of Valor. As opposed to Softwood, Hardwood has a dark reddish color. It's also found less frequently than Softwood. Your best bet is to look all around the trees in the Forest of Valor. Once it seems as if you've gathered all that you can, visit the other Biomes where Hardwood can be found. It isn't found in the other four as frequently, but you can gather a few more while you wait for Hardwood to respawn in the Forest of Valor.
