How to escape the Shelter in DogLife – Nonfatal Decision Achievement

Paw your way to freedom!

As of now, there are two ways to get out of an animal shelter in DogLife. The first method is to use the Escape option under the activity list and complete the mini-game. The other way is to try to start a riot option from the same activity menu and complete the riot mini-game.

Main Method – Escape From a Shelter Option

To escape from animal shelters using this method, follow the steps given below.

  • Spend nearly six-twelve months inside the same animal shelter.
  • After spending the above prescribed time, The escape option will be available to use.
  • Use the option to start the small movement-based puzzle mini-game.

  • The mini-game revolves around you making precise steps towards the exit tile while dodging the shelter guard.
  • Complete the mini-game successfully to get out of the shelter.
  • If you have failed to complete the puzzle, age up once and try again.
  • Additionally, the maps are random and will change each time you attempt to flee.

Alternative Method – Start a Shelter Riot Option

As mentioned before, we can start a riot in the shelter home and use the distraction to elope the housing. Since it's a big process, it deserves a guide on its own. Click here to see the second method in detail.

Remember, During the escape from a shelter mini-game, the guard will move twice for every tile you cover. So, try to predict a way around the guard using walls and barbed wires.
