Where to find barred doors on Seafloor Shrine in Dragon's Dogma 2
The Seafloor Shrine is located in Harve Village, and you can find it if you walk into the cave next to the old man's shack. However, the Seafloor Shrine is progress-locked, which means you can't access it at the very beginning of the game. As soon as you enter the Seafloor Shrine, you'll see locked doors on your left.
This door is particularly hard to open since no conventional methods don't work; I tried manipulating the bars from various angles, trying to force myself in, and I even lured enemies from the other side, hoping for them to do the job for me. Nothing of that worked, so I tried to find some less conventional methods.

The barred doors on the left of the Seafloor Shrine entrance are just one of several you can unlock by using the Blazefang arrow. That hidden area contains a lot of valuable loot, including Grand Curiass, 30,000G, and rare materials like Wailing Crystal and Dullahan Bone. It's more than worth the effort if you ask me.
