Dying Light 2 Stay Human is Techland's sequel to the hit game Dying Light. Dying Light 2 was released for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC on Feb. 4, 2022. Those playing on PC may be wondering if they can bind mouse buttons to keys in Dying Light 2.
The answer is no—you cannot bind mouse buttons to keys on PC. You can rebind keys to other keys, though. When using a controller, your on-screen tool-tips will still remain as keyboard keys and not the buttons on your controller.

This lack of controller support and key rebinding can certainly be frustrating. On our playthrough, we had to look up how to use Survivor Sense. Even after switching the controls to Gamepad, the on-screen instructions remained as keyboard by default.
Having the ability to rebind your inputs as you see fit gives the player more freedom and customization of how to play. However, the default control scheme often doesn't feel comfortable, and players switch it up. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed, and more controller and keyboard support will be added.
