To open the safe in the Downtown Bandit camp in dying light 2, you must climb up from the safe code using a yellow parkour aid into a room above it. But if you do not want to find the code yourself, the code for Downtown Thugs Safe is 313. You can find the Downtown Thugs code 313 by climbing to the room above the safe and grabbing the memento on a table near an orange chair. After grabbing the code, you can open the safe and claim a unique reward, an Inhibitor.
