Fall Guys is an exciting competitive battle royale-style platformer. You play as a Bean, fully customizable, of course, and compete with other Beans to claim the crown and become a champion. As a platformer, you will need to master the movement in Fall Guys, including climbing. This can be a tricky skill to learn, so you may be wondering how to climb in Fall Guys.

Fall Guys climbing Guide

Climbing in Fall Guys will take a little bit of time, at least, to get it down perfect. Therefore, we recommend practicing your climbing skills when you get a chance. You should also look at what types of challenges you will face each season to see how much climbing you need to do. That being said, here is how to climb in Fall Guys.

  • Press the Grab button, R2, RT, Zr, or Shift when near a ledge (you need to time this correctly, or you will just bang your face against a wall).
  • Hold the Grab button.
  • Hold the forward input until your Bean pulls themself up the ledge.

This may sound easy in practice, but getting the correct timing for when to press the Grab button can be tricky. But this is one skill you will need to learn as many challenges will require you to climb and pull yourself up.
