What are Authentic Managers in FIFA 23?

Authentic Manager is a new FIFA 23 that allows players to select from various popular icons to manage a club. You can assign an Authentic Manager to their current club or choose a whole new club. The likeness of various footballing legends is available in Authentic Managers. This feature was something the community wanted for a long time, and it's finally arriving in FIFA 23.

Step in the shoes of the world's most famous managers and progress in Career Mode in a new way. Fans looking to play Career Mode with iconic managers like Antonio Conte, Tomas Tuchel, Steven Gerrard, and more can do it in FIFA 23. You will be able to select customizable cosmetics for these Authentic Managers.

Authentic Managers can also be assigned to a club you create in FIFA 23. Players have the freedom to make an entire club, select rivals, choose jerseys, crest, stadium, and even make certain changes in Career Settings.
