Where to claim your Online Purchase

Once you purchase the Papa Paissa mount for yourself or a friend, you'll have to wait up to 24 hours for the Papa Paissa Whistle to find its way to your account. When the purchase is available, players will see a small envelope icon at the top-left corner of their screen.

Head to one of the game's Delivery Moogles to claim your purchase. Delivery Moogles reside in all significant City-States like Ul'dah, Gridania, The Crystarium, and Limsa Lominsa. Keep your eyes out for the creature below:

Once you've claimed your Papa Paissa Whistle, head to your inventory and use this item to unlock your new mount permanently. Players can access their mount collection in the game's main menu and select the Mount Guide from the Character tab to see all your mounts. Players can even place these creatures on hotkeys for quick access.
