Can you Fast Travel in F.I.S.T Forged in Shadow Torch?

Teleport in style!

F.I.S.T Forged in Shadow Torch is a Metroidvania which means that you'll have to go back and forth between areas when new abilities and equipment are found. This is because certain areas are locked behind weapons or skills., so prepare for a lot of backtracking.

Worry not, as there is a fast travel system in the game, but it is not unlocked until you escape from Prison—which is the third main area of the game. After you have fled, you'll encounter an old friend, which is when the ability to teleport because available.

You may have noticed this teleporting device inside the Power Station, but Rayton would not use it. So we believe it's safe to assume that they'll be many points to fast travel to, especially to unlock all the secrets of the game and 100 percent of every area.

Even though the teleport point at the Power Station is made available straight away, this is due to story purposes. When you interact with it again after your business in Joffre Street, you can teleport to the Power Station, which will cut down traveling time by quite a chunk.
