The Oathbound quests follow a pattern, where players need to first establish contact with an NPC, and then complete a few tasks to move ahead to the next stage. For the Oathbound quests part 3, players must first establish contact with Rift Warden Stellan at a Hologram Brazier. The first set of Hologram Brazier to set up contact is located at Western Watch, Eastern Watch, and Warden's Watch landmarks around The Citadel POI. Players can visit any one of them to establish contact. The establishing contact part is always simple, and players can check and track the quest from their map to see all the available locations.
How to outfit the Citadel with tech equipment in Fortnite
After establishing contact, players must visit The Citadel and outfit the location with some tech equipment. It is best to avoid fighting opponents while completing this quest, as it can take a while. Visit The Citadel, and drop down to the entrance near the bridge on the southern side of the POI. Players will find a couple of interactable electronic wall mounts just near the stairs leading up to the entrance of The Citadel. Next up, players must establish contact at a Hologram Brazier located in the Anvil Square POI, Hidden Henge, and The Autumnwood landmark. Check the yellow circles on the map image above to see all three locations. It is best to avoid visiting Anvil Square, as countless opponents land at that POI to farm easy eliminations.

After interacting with the Hologram Brazier, players must visit Brutal Bastion, Faulty Splits, and Shattered Slabs POI to set up three conduits. The final stage of Oathbound quests part 3 requires players to activate AMIE body construction program. This can be done by visiting the area north of the Lonely Labs POI.
