Where to Find NPC #10 Madcap in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8

He's finally in the game!

With every new season comes a myriad of new NPCs to find on the Fortnite island. In Chapter 2 Season 8, we start off with a collection book that lists 17 NPCs, some of which are new to Battle Royale, and some of which we've known for a while. In this guide, we explain where you can find NPC #10: Madcap!

Madcap location in C2S8

In the map above, you can see that Madap is barely east of Corny Crops, the named location directly northeast of The Aftermath (the purple center area). Madcap is walking around the building next to the river on the far eastern edge of the farm. He is usually found inside.

Since NPCs have patrol paths, Madcap might move around the area and the image might not represent their exact location. The easiest way to find an NPC once you have approached their approximate location is to look for the Chat Bubble icon on your minimap. This icon represents NPCs available nearby. Walk towards that icon and you'll be able to find Madcap.
