Several surprise quests have been given to us in Fortnite, including one where we need to spend Gold Bars with Deadfire. This is a fairly straightforward quest, but not everyone knows where Deadfire is located. Follow the guide below to see where you can find him and how to complete this quest.
As seen in the image above, Deadfire is located at the Sheriff's Office directly Northwest of Lazy Lake. You can usually find him inside, walking around on the bottom floor.

When you visit the Sheriff's Office, approach Deadfire and interact with him to pull up the conversation radial. Deadfire will have a few options for players to spend bars. When the radial is open, select either to Purchase the Marksman Six Shooter, or Hire Deadfire to complete the quest. After you have done one of these, the quest will be marked as complete in your log!
