Scattered Piece of Decarabian’s Dream

To farm Scattered Piece of Decarabian's Dream you need to complete the Cecilia Garden, a Domain of Forgery located in Mondstadt.

Scattered Piece of Decarabian's Dream are rewarded for completing Cecilia Garden—Domain of Forgery: City of Reflections IV, and you can receive between zero to one of them per run.

To enter Cecilia Garden IV, you need to be Adventure Rank 40. It is recommended to have your party about Level 80 and characters that use Cryo, Pyro, and Electro.

Cecilia Garden is north of the Wolf of the North Challenge, and west of the Windwail Highland Teleport Waypoint.

Cecilia Garden rotates the rewards you get based on what day of the week it is.

On Mondays and Thursdays, the domain is called City of Reflections, and you can get the Scattered Piece of Decarabian's Dream Weapon Ascension Material, and all previous rewards.

On Sunday, you can choose whatever domain you desire.

To complete City of Reflections IV, you must kill 10 enemies over two waves. But the time between kills cannot exceed 40 seconds for the first wave, and 80 for the second wave.

The 10 enemies to eliminate:
- First Wave
  - Large Hydro Slime x8
- Second Wave
  - Hydro Abyss Mage x2

Due to the Hydro enemies, it is wise to bring along characters that inflict Cryo, Pyro, and Electro Damage.

When inside a Domain of Forgery you are inflicted by a Ley Line Disorder. This is a debuff that is never removed throughout the duration of the Rift.

In City of Reflections IV, you have the following Ley Line Disorder:

Your character will be periodically inflicted with Slowing Water, greatly increasing your skill's Cooldown duration (-150 percent Reduce Cooldown) until the inflicted Hydro element is removed.

If you have completed the domain successfully, to claim the rewards, you need to spend 20 Original Resin or use a Condensed Resin to receive double. You do not have to claim the rewards if you choose not to do so.

The people did not bow to Decarabian out of respect or adoration, but because the harsh winds had laid them low. This was the shattered dream and ambition of the Anemo Archon before the rise of Barbatos. He tried so hard to make his dream come true, and so the fragments of that dream are still mighty.
