Trouble with Letters

Trouble with Letters is a world quest in Genshin Impact, which is part of the Star of Destiny trio of quests. For this quest, Jiayi asks you to deliver a letter to Little Liu in Qingce Village!

To accept this quest, you must have completed the two previous quests in the Star of Destiny questline, Unlimited Opportunity and A Mysterious Loss. Only then will the Trouble with Letters quest become available.

The first thing to do is head to Liyue Harbor and speak with an NPC called Jiyai; he'll tell you he's after someone willing to deliver a letter to the far off place called Qingce Village. Accept, letter, and make your way to the marked location on your map.

When you are close to Qingce Village, kill the enemies that ambush you, the most significant threat is a Cryo Abyss Mage, so equip your best Pyro character and make short work of this dastardly doe. Once the enemies are dead, head into Qingce Village and speak to three of the villagers asking if they know where Little Liu is. If you can locate Yundan in the village, this will skip speaking to two other villagers.

Little Liu is located to the east of Qingce Village. You should see some ladders leading up to the top of the cliff, climb the ladders, or the cliff face, and you'll have found Little Liu. Hand over the letter, then make your way back to Jiyai and hand over the reply from Little Liu for a quest completed. This is the final quest in the Star of Destiny event wave.
