Genshin Impact’s fans are frustrated that Kaedehara Kazuha won’t be coming in Version 2.6, but leaks reveal a Version 2.8 rerun

Kaedehara Kazuha's initial release came before the cult-favorite Kamisato Ayaka's banner, which was followed by an onslaught of Inazuma's female cast of characters. As a result, he was hailed as an easy skip for most.

But after a few updates topping the meta as the most-used unit in the Spiral Abyss later, Kazuha's name has been solidified as a must-have in any roster. He's satisfying to play, easy to slot into teams, and offers amazing Anemo utility—the community is naturally craving for a rerun. While some Genshin Impact players took to Twitter and Reddit to vent out their frustrations, information from "Uncle Chasm," who correctly leaked the Version 2.6 banners weeks before the livestream, revealed that Kaedehara Kazuha will rerun in Version 2.8. This data was translated by u/xPlushie from r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks two weeks before the Version 2.6 livestream, but it's gaining traction due to its recent record for accuracy.

Fellow Inazuma five-stars Raiden Shogun and Sangonomiya Kokomi were released after Kazuha, but they've had their respective reruns in the Version 2.5 banner. Arataki Itto is also speculated to rerun before the Anemo prodigy in Version 2.7.

Meanwhile, Version 2.8 has been leaked to be a banner full of reruns, with no new five-stars to close the lineup before Sumeru's release. No official information has been released to back any of these leaks, so take them with a grain of salt. Changes are natural, with months before these updates roll around.
