To get the Sticky Honey Roast recipe, you must complete the Master's Day Off questline, which is unlocked after reaching level 34 in adventure ranks. During the questline, you can find the recipe you need. 

That said, if you haven't already beat the quest, you can start it by talking to Barbara. After which, you will need to go to a large tree at Windrise; you can get here by teleporting to the statue of the seven. Once there, you will need to hunt down abyss enemies. When you complete this task, return to Mondstadt and talk to Jean, and you should get the recipe as a reward.

How to make the Sticky Honey Roast  

To make the Sticky Honey Roast, you will need the following materials listed below. 

• Three Raw Meat - Can be found out in the wild or bought in Springvale from Draff.
• Two Carrots - Can be found out in the wild, inside barrels, or purchased from various vendors.
• Two Sugar - You can buy sugar either from the Wanmin Restaurant or Good Hunter vendors

These are mostly easy to get as you can purchase them from various food stores in the game. Once you gather the materials up, find either an oven or campfire to combine them and make the Stick Honey Roast. As a side note, you will need a fire before you can start cooking; use a fire ability on the campfire or stove to get a fire going.
