Shikanoin Heizou is the Tenryou Commission's prodigal rebel-turned-detective who uses his unparalleled intuition to get to the bottom of Inazuma's most notorious cases—and uncovers more than meets the eye. Despite Heizou's results-driven work, his carefree personality and love for pork cutlets don't keep him away from the kitchen. His Special Dish, which only he can make, is called The Only Truth, a variation of the Katsu Sandwich.
How to get Shikanoin Heizou's Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
The Only Truth can be created using the Recipe for Katsu Sandwich, which can be purchased from Ryoko's street food stall in Ritou for 2,500 Mora. It's a one-time purchase that allows you to make as many Katsu Sandwiches and derivatives as you want. The exact location of her stall is circled in the image below.

How to cook The Only Truth in Genshin Impact
Shikanoin Heizou is the only character who can cook The Only Truth, so it's unfortunately impossible to make this dish if you don't own him. Upon opening the cooking menu, choose Katsu Sandwich, then switch the character on the right to Shikanoin Heizou. It can be made with the following ingredients:
- x3 Flour
- x2 Raw Meat
- x1 Cabbage
If Heizou cooks Katsu Sandwich, there's a chance for him to make The Only Truth instead. The exact rate for cooking Special Dishes is unknown, but it works on both Manual and Auto Cook modes.
Difference between Katsu Sandwich and The Only Truth in Genshin Impact
The Only Truth grants a slightly higher Attack increase compared to the Katsu Sandwich. Otherwise, the two Recipes are fairly similar and are useful to consume before tough battles.
- Katsu Sandwich—Increases all party members' Attack by 66/81/95 for 300 seconds. Cannot target other players in Co-op mode.
- The Only Truth—Increases all party members' Attack by 114 for 300 seconds. Cannot target other players in Co-op mode.
