What is a taser team in Genshin Impact?

A shockingly good combo.

Genshin Impact is essentially broken into two different player camps. There are players who just use the characters they like, and then the ones who live for the meta of the game. Regardless of what camp you're in, though, there are some intresting team compositions that you should try out.

A taser team consists of Electro characters and Hyrdo characters that can combine their attacks to create the Electro-charged reaction. This team comp concentrates on constantly applying these two elements to enemies to keep the reaction going throughout the entire battle.

Many players will select a DPS and then choose support characters with outfield skills to help keep the reaction going. Surprisingly, this combo works so well that it can even be used to take on the Spiral Abyss.

How to Build a taser team in Genshin Impact

Building a taser team is simple. First, you need to choose a DPS that can spend a large amount of time on the field. Some great choices are units that constantly apply their element at a close range:

  • Tartaglia
  • Ayato
  • Raiden Shogun

Next, you will want to pick support characters who have an Elemental Skill or Burst that constantly applies Hydro or Electro to enemies.

  • Beidou
  • Fischl
  • Mona
  • Xingqiu
  • Yae Miko
  • Kokomi
  • Lisa

Once this is done, practice switching through your party until you are able to find a good rhythm, and always have both elements applied to your enemies.
