Go through to the next chamber and climb the chain against the wall. At the end of this tunnel, a switch will spin a trough in the water wheel room. Return to this chamber and use Sigil Arrows to freeze the top trough, forcing the water to flow into the bottom trough. Freeze a spot on the bottom trough above the water wheel. This will open the remaining door. Pass through it and climb the walls to exit the Myrkr Mines and enter The Forge.
