Crackle of Bilskirnir is located in Midgard in God of War: Ragnarök and is guarded by Kol Raiders. You'll get this resource as a reward for completing the Animal Instincts side quest. Your goal is to destroy the encampments of Kol Raiders and defeat their leader Olaf Nautson. Refer to the map above for all Kol Raiders locations in GoW: Ragnarök. Here's how to accomplish this:

1. Head to Midgard.
2. Visit any raider location to start Favor: Animal Instincts side quest.
3. Defeat Kol Raiders in each location.
4. In the final Raider place, you'll face their leader Oluf Nautson.
5. Collect Crackle of Bilskirnir.

You can use Crackle of Bilskirnir crafting material to create some of the best relics in God of War: Ragnarök. Now that you have this unique resource, you can craft the Hilt of Ridill relic in one of the workshops in the game.
