First, The Strönd locked Nornir chest in God of War Ragnarök

The first Nornir chest is found directly after crawling through the tight space in The Strönd. Turn left and drop down. You will see the Nornir, which is locked until you activate three torches. You must find three torches in The Strönd to open the first Nornir chest. Fortunately, these are all found relatively close to the Nornir chest and can be quickly activated. Here is where to find all torches for the first Nornir chest in The Strönd in God of War Ragnarök's Alfheim.

Where to find the first torch for the first locked chest in The Strönd Alfheim

After entering the tight crawl space:

1. Turn left and drop down. This will bring you to the chest.
2. Turn around, and you will see the first torch on a cliff.
3. Attack it with your Blades of Chaos to activate the torch.

Where to find the second torch for the first Nornir chest in The Strönd Alfheim

Turn back to face the Nornir chest and continue forward. Once you reach the wall, turn left and look down. You will spot the second torch—activate this one as well.

Climb back up from the Nornir chest and turn left. Head up the two walls and immediately turn left. Drop below and activate the third and final torch. Drop down again to return to the Nornir chest and collect your reward, an Idunn Apple.

Second, The Strönd locked Nornir chest in God of War Ragnarök

The second Nornir chest can be found in the location marked above. You cannot open it the first time you encounter this Nornir chest, as you do not have the tool needed to do so. You have to activate three glowing rune totems, but we aren't sure how this is done. So do not pay it any attention at the moment. We will update this guide when we learn how to open it.

Turn right and continue past the tree. Look up, and you will spot the second rune totem across from the chest.

Continue to the right and head toward the broken bridge. Turn to your right, and you will see the third and final rune totem across the chasm behind the waterfall.
