While you explore Midgard's Lake of Nine in God of War Ragnarök, you may come across a colorful campfire on its Northern border. It has its own location on the map called The Eternal Campfire, where you can hear the story of Jari and Somr and begin the Across the Realms Favor. Only one ingredient can be found in Midgard, Svartalfheim, Alfheim, and Vanaheim. So you'll be traveling around a fair amount to find them. The Blank, found in Vanaheim, will not be reachable until you've defeated Heimdall and unlocked The Crater region.

The first ingredient can be found easily after leaving the campfire and setting out on this Favor. Look for the orange heart graffiti as you jump down from the cliff to return to your sled after visiting the eternal campfire. You'll find the Nordic Gourd just underneath it.
