What are the number of Mega Milk Molars in Grounded?

In total, there are 78 Milk Molars scattered through the yard, along with 45 Mega Milk Molars hidden for you to find in Grounded. You can use these Milk Molars as soon as you rescue BURG.L and find your first Milk Molar.

There are two kinds of Milk Molars in Grounded: the regular and Mega Milk Molars, both used to upgrade various abilities. Milk Molars give you permanent yet normal upgrades, while Mega Milk Molars are rarer, boosting the stats for you and all other players, regardless of whether they started in the same world earlier or later on.

These can increase your maximum health, stamina, hunger or thirst, healing, active mutations, consumable stack size, resource stack size, and arrow stack size, all of which play a key role in your gameplay.

Each of these upgrades has different phases, and they all cost more Milk Molars the farther you progress down the tree. Since all of these make a considerable change to your gameplay, I highly recommend you focus on finding a lot of them to increase your odds of survival.
