Keeping your thirst up in Grounded keeps you alive, but requires clean drinking water and not dirty or tainted water. I'm here to help you locate and get clean water in Grounded.
Where to get Clean Drinking Water in Grounded
The best way to get clean water, especially early on, is to find Dew Drops. Later on, you can craft a Canteen and store water for later. You can find these in several locations, but there are some things you need to look for. Dew Drops can be found randomly on the ground, but you'll need to locate them above you more often than not.

Look for water droplets hanging off pieces of grass like pictured below. You can punch the stalks of grass to knock the water droplets off; you do not need a tool. Alternatively, if you can find a water spigot in the yard, it will periodically drop water. Once you locate some clean water, press the interact button to slurp it up and rehydrate.
Occasionally, you can find other ways to hydrate, such as wonders. Some soda cans, juice boxes, and other beverages contain clean drinks to restore your thirst. These are few and far between, so it is best to use a Canteen or locate Dew Drops on grass. Juice and Nectar are other water sources, but Dew is the most common.
How to craft a Canteen in Grounded
The Canteen can be crafted by using three pieces of Grub Hide and two pieces of Crude Rope. Open the crafting menu once you acquire these materials, and you can craft the Canteen. With the Canteen equipped, locate clean water, and you can store it inside for later.
