We know why you're here, giggidy... We won't judge though! Funnily enough, if you want to get 100% completion in GTA V's base game then you have to visit a lady of the night at least once. That doesn't mean it has to be limited to just the base game though, as you can also visit them in GTA Online! Here are the locations for those nice ladies.
Thankfully, players have taken the kind liberty of pinpointing the exact places you can find some ladies to keep you company on a map. You can see the placements in the image below:
Just in case you have a particular type, there are actually two types of prostitutes that you can pick up in the game: Regular and Luxury. Regular ladies can be found anywhere and are not fussy about car make and model etc., whereas luxury ladies will only appear sometimes and are definitely hung up on what whip you drive.

If you want to feel slightly higher class with your pick-ups, you will need to drive a Luxury Car or a suped-up Sports Car to grab their attention. They will wear high range clothes and often appear in the likes of red heels and fancy cocktail dresses.
The regular ladies, on the other hand, can be found more frequently and will be more likely to approach your car whenever. To invite a lady in approach slowly in your car near the sidewalk and press Right on the D-Pad. You can then drive her to a secluded place and choose which service you wish to be... performed.
