Rockstar Games was probably had many goals in mind when it brought back the GTA Trilogy in the new remastered version. It certainly wanted to bring back nostalgia for many veteran players, and perhaps give newer fans of the series a chance to experience how the older games played. However, many players have been disappointed in the new release, and are looking to get their money back.
How to Get Refund
There are several ways to request a refund for the game, but there is no way to guarantee you'll get one. Players are encouraged to go through the normal methods of requesting a refund, and that is to contact the support teams of the parties responsible for the transaction.

- Contact Rockstar's official support page.
- If you use this page, be sure to login to the website. On the support page, you have to contact the company via the Contact Us form they provide. To get there, select Contact Us and fill out the form with the appropriate transaction details.
- Contact Xsolla's official support.
- Xsolla is essentially the middle-man between Rockstar and a customer purchasing one of their games. All purchases made from the Rockstar website or the Rockstar Launcher are issued by this company. To use this page, simply follow the link and scroll down to fill out the transaction information.
- Contact customer support for the platform
- If you purchased on a console, you can go to that console's refund request page if you meet the criteria to request a refund. Generally, they issue refunds based on how long ago you purchased the game and how many hours you have played. To use either of the refund request pages below, you must be logged into the site.
