Is Splatoon 3 better with a Pro Controller?

Splatoon 3 is the third installment in the Splatoon series and expands the content available to players. It retains many of the same features as well, including motion controls. This may leave you wondering whether you should use motion controls or normal controls in Splatoon 3.

Many pro-Splatoon players use motion controls, and you will find that many top players also use them. That is not to say that you must use motion controls if you want to be a pro, as some players perform at a top level with normal controls.

You may prefer one over the other, but another solution would be to use both. Some players found that using normal controls as your primary movement and then using motion controls for fine movements is effective. This lets you practice both and get a better feel for motion and normal controls.
