As Zagreus journeys through the Underworld, he will encounter different Artifacts that will greatly impact each and every playthrough. These items can either be permanent to be used after each encounter or temporary for use only during the specific run you are doing.
So, we came up with a guide detailing every Artifact and how it benefits Zagreus.
Ambrosia
You can gift these to characters to increase your affinity and friendship with them. Giving a character enough Ambrosia can unlock new quests and dialogues. You can only gift this to a character after completing their specific favor.
Anvil of Fates
This allows you to remove one of the upgrades from the Daedalus Hammer and rewards you with two instead.
Centaur Heart
This will increase Zagreus' max health by 25 for that specific escape attempt.
Charon's Obol
You can use this as currency to purchase items from Charon at the Wells of Charon.
Chthonic Key
You use these keys when you return to the House of Hades to unlock different Infernal Arms right before you go do another run as well as abilities in the Mirror of Night in Zagreus' room.
Daedalus Hammer
This item will upgrade whatever current weapon Zagreus is using.

Darkness
You use this to upgrade abilities in the Mirror of Night in Zagreus' room.
Diamond
You use this to purchase more expensive renovations from the House Contractor in front of Hades' desk.
Gemstones
Gemstones allow you to purchase renovations for the House of Hades and the Underworld from the House Contractor.
Loyalty Card
This will reduce items from the Wells of Charon by 20% for that particular run.
Nectar
You can gift Nectar to a companion to increase your affinity from them and obtain new quests from them.
Pom of Power
This item increases the power of a Boon in your possession.
Red Onion
You can only obtain the Red Onion by failing a Perfect Clear challenge in Erebus. It restores one heart.
Titan Blood
You can use this item to unlock upgrades and Aspects of the different Infernal Arms.
