That's a lot of history.

The Halo series first began in 2003 when Halo: Combat Evolved was released for the original Xbox. Since then, it has seen numerous sequels and spin-offs as well as novels and movies. It is clear to see the popularity of the Halo series and those who are looking to get into it may be wondering what the release order of the Halo games is.
