How to AI scan in Halo Infinite and what does it do?

Use the AI scan!

Halo Infinite features a little AI buddy that commentates on your gameplay and provides some help on the battlefield. The AI can scan the area around you to locate weapons and items around the map.

Using the AI scan is a great way to learn maps quickly and find useful items. Even if players know where wall weapons are located, the AI scan will confirm if the weapon is available and not on a cooldown to pick up.

All weapons and items in the AI scan will light up blue for you to see. The AI scan can highlight power weapons and power-ups, but will not reveal weapons hidden in weapon lockers.

The AI scan is definitely one of the handiest new features in Halo Infinite and should be utilized throughout matches. Using the AI scan for the first time will earn the "Just the Two of Us" achievement.
